Marketing Cloud timestamp not showing correct time

Hi experts,

I hope you can help us understand the reason for the following behaviour.

While inspecting customers offline and online orders in Marketing Cloud we have noticed that timestamp of the interaction is not displaying correct time. In the screenshot you can see that the order was created in the future time.

Timestamp is 11/04/2021, 13:00:00 and the time I took a screenshot it was 11/04/2021, 11:22:00.

The UTC timestamp displays date and time according to UTC (Universal Coordinated Time) and refers to the time the interaction took place.

Where does this discrepancy then come from?

Hi Jelena,

not sure if I understood it correctly.

But the timestamp shown in the UI is the one which was posted during interaction-import and it is not related to the current time.

thank you for the answer.

Not quite understood, is there some documentation you can point me at perhaps or give a deeper explanation?

I am not sure if this is timestamp of import, it should be in the past because this is imported data? 🙂
