Marketing Cloud - How define/create new region for a country

Hi everyone,

Is possible to create or define a new region SAP (Hybris) Marketing Cloud?

e.g. In the Marketing Cloud, the Country "Puerto Rico" does not have defined regions, I need create or define new regions for this country. I'm trying to migrate customers from C4C to marketing.

I've tried with free text mapping, but because the regions that I need do not exist for this country, I have not been able to do the mapping.

Did you find a solution to this? We are also having this issue with Sales Cloud to Marketing Cloud and cannot find how to add a region.

Strange though that the standard CPI package maps to "region" and not to "region_ft" ...

You need to upload a Code List Mapping in C4C.

(it's not possible to create additional Regions in SAP Marketing Cloud).

Just take care if you would already have a code list mapping within Sales Cloud for another interface, that you use another Code List Mapping Group Code than the 03 which is in the csv of SAP, if that other integration would already be using the 03 code.
