We've recently had notification that DKIM will be required for custom sender domains for internal email notifications (e.g. campaign approval requests) sent from Marketing Cloud.
We're getting the notification because we have a custom domain and sender set up in Manage Your Solution > Configure Your Solution > Output Management under the Application Area Application Platform and Infrastructure > Define Sender Domain under System Administration
However, I've found that internal emails are currently still going out with the default tenant domain (do.not.reply@myXXXXXX.mail.s4hana.ondemand.com)
Is there additional config required to actually use the custom domain?
And if we want to stick with the tenant domain to avoid any additional DKIM config, can we just remove the custom domain configured in Manage Your Solution? Would this impact anything else? Struggling to find any documentation on this.
Thanks

Hello Simon,
That is the right place to configure custom domains. In addition, more details can be found on the following page:
https://blogs.sap.com/2020/02/24/sap-s-4hana-output-management-1lq-single-tenant-and-multi-tenant/
Go down that blog, there is a documentation section with a link about multi tenant. Open that document and go to section 4.2 for more details about email sender domain configuration.
Last thing; removing your custom domain would avoid further DKIM requests configuration. Refer to service notification EV11532775
