Hi,
Email campaign shows success in the Performance tab of the campaign. We would like to add a measure on how many people are opted out in the campaign performance. I understand, the campaign success story shows how many people has opted out for a campaign. We would like to have them in the Campaign performance tab.
I have added a custom field "Campaign-Actual measure" but it doesn't show up in the Campaign performance report. I would like to know how the actual measures can be added in this report.

Did you also create a field for context "Marketing: Campaign Performance - Target Measure"? If not please do so. Also, make sure the Field Label and Identifier for "Target Measure" are exactly same as for "Actual Measure" with prefix "Target". Once saved and Published, you should be able to see the field in the campaign performance tab.

I'd the same question.
So I created a field for context "Marketing: Campaign Performance - Target Measure", but I still didn't see it on the list. Then I logged into the system in English - it appeared in the list. So it's only available if you're logged into the system in English. Usually I use Russian.
And what should I do next ? Now I can see the target measure like a tile in the performance tab. And how do I assign the custom interaction type to it ?

I am not sure why you are unable to see the field in Russian Language.
Once the field is visible in the performance tab then you can define certain target KPI. In order to load the real time data you need to enable its actual mesaure field for odata API as shown.
Once enabled you will be able to import the data using API_MKT_CMPGN_SUCCESS_IMPORT_SRV .

Thank you for providing the information, it worked.We would like to add the "Number of Opt outs" for a specific email campaign. We would like analyze the number of optouts for the email campaign. I understand, we can manually import the data using CSV or odata for externally executed or offline marketing campaigns. However, I would like to analyze how many people has opted out with a specific campaign. I have added the field "Optout" but not able to adjust the behavior for the email campaigns.
