Hi Experts ,
We are using marketing attributes categories in marketing cloud . I have two questions regarding that
1. I defined Marketing attributes category in the marketing and using the category name tried to push data from API . It was showing category does not exists in marketing !! Still wondering why ??
Then created category in C4C and pushed the attributes categories from c4c to marketing and then used the category name in the API to push some data ... it worked ??? How ?? Any idea or any limitation in marketing side !!
2. How to transport the categories to the production ??

Request clarification before answering.
Hi Rashmi,
marketing attribute categories are master data and therefore you need to create them in the system. It won't get transported.
Regarding the integration question: please double-check your setup (payloads, naming etc.), in case the problem persists it makes sense to open an incident.
