Marketing Application Job Error - Missing Authorization

Dear Experts,

I've created a business role in the SAP Marketing Cloud which should allow the marketing expert to run "marketing application jobs" (so there's just one business catalog assigned (SAP_CORE_BC_APJ)).

When the user with that role tries to delete some interactions the system returns an error that the authorization "MASS_DELETE_INTERACTIONS" for business-object "CUAN_INTERACTION" is missing.

Does anyone know how to solve that problem? Do I need to do something else to give the user the needed authorization?

Hi Tobias,

The authorizations to run marketing application jobs are in the business catalogs SAP_CEC_BC_MKT_ADM1_PC and SAP_CEC_BC_MKT_AJB_PC.

no I did not create a ticket until now because I wasn't sure if it was only a mistake made by myself.

But do you think I should open an incident for that?
