We are creating tickets from emails. This is working fine. Now we want to be able to provide a formatted email form to our customers so they can send requests to us via this formatted email.
The form has specific fields that we want to map to C4C fields on the ticket.
Is this possible? Where do We do the Email field mapping to C4C ticket fields/
