Manual upload of Interaction in Hybris marketing - SAP

Hello All,

For time being my client wants to upload the CART ABANDONMENT interaction manually. I know it can be possible, but I am not sure what fields needs to be passed in the interaction. Can anyone provide me the sample extract from their system( worked as automated)? I will to analyse the fields and map.

Minimum fields required are semantic keys: ID_ORIGIN,ID,COMM_MEDIUM,IA_TYPE,TIMESTAMP

Download interactions template from Import Data application, then just adjust below:

• COMM_MEDIUM = ONLINE_SHOP,
• IA_TYPE = SHOP_CART_ABANDONED
• TIMESTAMP.

yes, other ID Origin can be used.

Hi Mayank,

usually you would use the ID from the ID_ORIGIN the user has in the online shop. (e.g. SAP_HYBRIS_CONSUMER with the assigned Hybris Commerce ID).

Thanks schneidert . If I understood correctly, cart abandonment doesn't work for anonymous customer( consumers which are not in DB)?

I'm not sure about that in B2C.

I've just tried in B2B and there it doesn't work.

schneidert / pslim : Experts can you please confirm on one scenario I am stuck with:

I have an SAP_C4C_BUPA origin id and the id. The Id is same as customer id in hybris commerce. If I want to upload the interaction from hybris commerce, do I need to have the origin id and id coming from hybris commerce present in marketing? if the id origin and id is not present in yMKT, will it exclude the interaction? Can we upload the customer record with the same id but with the different origin?
