Manual replication of a customer from C4C to ERP

Hello All,

I would like to know if there is any option in C4C to manually trigger replication of a customer to ERP?

I see there is one link called 'Extract data to external systems' under Administrator which replicates business partner only to cloud systems like Hybris Marketing or Commerce. It does not support ERP on-premise system.

Dear Sandesh,

There is no automated way to send accounts from C4C to ERP in bulk mode. The only way is either updating a single record manually or update multiple records with some data in bulk mode. To prevent this in future, you need to look for possible ways to send the accounts to ERP during creation itself(if the accounts are not created manually as per need).
