Manual E-mail after Sales Quote Approval

Hello

In Sales Cloud we are using the Sales Quote functionality with approval process.

After the Sales Quote is approved an e-mail is sent automatically to the customer with the Sales Quote PDF.

We want to disable this feature and let Sales Reps manually sent the E-mail.

Wondering how:

1/ Disable the feature of sending automatic e-mails after sales quote approval

2/ How to send the e-mail manually? (I know you can do this in Sales Order with action button "Send E-mai"l)

But I don't see this option for Sales Quote

Any idea ?

Dear Arian,

approvals are submitted automatically based on the sales quote output settings.

Please see Sales Quote Approval Process .

The manual 'Send E-Mail' option is not currently available for Sales Quotes.
