Mandatory steps Opportunities

Hi,

Is it possible to set as mandatory the different tasks of an opportunity in the 'Sales Activities' view?

Currently is only a warning and i.e. i can close the opportunity without completing the 'mandatory' tasks, because this is a warning:

Can you explain a little more on how can i assign Task automatically please? Which are mandatory while in activity adviosor?

Hi Dhruvin,

The automatic assignment of tasks is based on activity plans and routing rules. This is an alternative solution I suggested for this requirement.

If you are using Activity Advisor, then the user needs to manually add the tasks to opportunity. It will not get added automatically.

You can use "Activity Plans" & "Routing Rules" to assign tasks automatically to Opportunities.
