Dear Community
I have the following case. We are currently working with a client who is going to use SAP Customer Checkout connected to SAP B1, and will also use the loyalty program.
In B1 there will be 3 companies. It is expected that by having the loyalty program, the customer can go to any point of sale of any company and use their points for payment.
The problem is that when using the loyalty program, customers must exist in the 3 Databases so that they can use the program and thereby AVOID some type of account duplication or combining a loyalty account with 2 different customers because they have the same a code.
So my question is, what is the best option for handling clients:
• Centralized clients (Create the client in the POS and have it travel to the CCO Manager.
• Create customers and travel directly to B1.
What other option could you recommend in this situation?
Is there a process already defined for this type of case?
Request clarification before answering.
