Make field available as Conditions for segmentation

Hello experts,

Does anyone know if it is possible to make new fields available as conditions?

I am using 'count of interactions' in segmentation and I would like to use 'interaction reason' as a condition. However this field is not available:

There is a pre-delivered set of fields available in configuration but 'reason' is not one of them:

Is it possible to add new fields in this configuration?

Hi Guilherme & Tobias,

New fields or dimensions can be made available in SAP-delivered data sources only from SAP-Development-side. This is valid for the data source shown in the screenshot "SAP_CONTACT_IA_SCORING" and all other data sources starting with "SAP".

There are quite some improvements and harmonization ongoing for SAP-delivered data sources (but unfortunately there is also quite a lot to do). So any feedback on missing attributes is helpful for us, as it will help to set the right priorities.

The alternative to SAP-delivered data sources is using custom HANA views, where you can create the HANA view models according to your needs. This is quite complex (set-up, supportability, performance), so I cannot really recommend to go there, unless you have urgent business requirements. don't think this is possible at the moment. At least I didn't find any possibility. Maybe you could ask via Incident if more fields could be made available for your system or open an improvement request.
