Maintaining multiple owners allocated to a single premise in ERP 6.0 EHP8

Hello there,

I am looking for a standard solution for maintaining multiple owners who actually own certain percentages of a premise so they need to be allocated to that premise for the same period of time. Also, the history of the owners should be kept containing certain time periods and if possible with their appropriate percentages of ownership and info about the documents for ownership. Already tried with Tcode ES51 Create Ownership Allocation but with no success in allocating more than one owner to a premise/installation for a certain period of time.

Standard SAP allows only one owner allocation for one premise at a particular time however you can use the validity period under transaction ES51 to allow different owners in different time slices. You can also add the corresponding account number.

In case you want multiple owners for different part of the premise e.g. ground floor, 1st floor etc. you need to carry out custom enhancement utilizing the supplement field of the premise.
