Dear Experts,
I have a requirement to configure outgoing E-Mails from a service ticket in such a way that From address for the outgoing E-Mail is if filled by the E-Mail address of the responsible employee whereas I should maintain a reply-to header(for group e-mail) so that when the recipient replies to the e-mail, the receiving address should be group e-mail and not the e-mail from which we sent the e-mail.
I have maintained the E-Mail profile and the Reply-to address in the email profile. But this is not working the way I want to set. I have seen the MIME document in the SOST transaction, no Reply-To header is available.
Is there any customization that I can maintain or any custom code that I should write to fill the Reply-to header?
Million thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Zahid,
In relation to your question are you using IC Email editor (CRM-IC-CHA-EMA) or a One-to-One E-mail integration (CRM-BF-ML)?
Are you reproducing the issue with a SALESPRO business role?
For CRM Reply Mail to consider the Reply-To header attribute you need to follow the below manual steps as documented in note: 2233317-Support for Reply-to and Envelope attributes of e-mail
Best Regards,
David
