When creat a ticket, I put 1,2,3 o more mail addresses for customers to be notified, but for a week the email has reached most but not all. What could be happeinig?

Without details, we cannot help. If you are using SAP Marketing Cloud and you still didn't find out why, create a ticket to CEC-MKT-CPG-EXE.
