Locale setting problem in hMC

Hi experts,

I have already included the following in impex, but the impex-import in hMC is still French. How can I change this?

"#% impex.setLocale( Locale.ENGLISH )"

The user.language , hmc.language configuration properties , tenant locale are also en but why is it still French?
