Since a couple of weeks we have some user (Service Technicians) that face a strange error when opening SAP FSM Windows Client.
Error message is coming before any login is done.
We have already tried to uninstall and install, even with different version: 11.4, 11.5..
Application itself is running with many other users within Tenant without any issue.
Therefore issue must be located on the device itself. Can you please help us indicating where exactly local database (synchronised files) are stored, so that we can delete them manually. Uninstall obviously does not delete them.
