Hello,
I have a CSV file that contains customer details and address details. I need to load that data into Hybris.
I am thinking to load the data using hot folder impex.
(1) Is there any better option to load the data from csv to impex?
(2) Do I need to write 2 hot folder impex's (one for customer and one for address) or in one hot folder I can write both impex's (customer and address impex)?
(3) Is there sample impex for customer and address available OOTB?
Thanks in advance.

Sorry, I forgot you're unable to see the content from those links. Here's example xml file showing the use of multiple headers: https://gist.github.com/wojciechsmol/208bf73bba88cc33fcb32cb50f24abbc
And here's a sample impex that imports Customer and Address data: https://gist.github.com/wojciechsmol/74396a221e187fb919297c4ff3f943a1
Hey SasiReddy,
I think hot folder is currently the best way to load the data from a csv to impex. It is fast, reliable and easy to use.
You can create or update multiple hybris types from a single CSV line. You just need multiple headers, then the data will be loaded into different tables. Here's an example of how to do that: https://wiki.hybris.com/display/~/Multiple+items+for+a+single+hot+folder+CSV+line
Here is a sample impex which includes importing Customer and Address data: https://wiki.hybris.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=215421695, however you've got to create your own impex that matches your needs. If you need advice on how to configure you hot folder I suggest you look at this default file in hybris: …\hybris\bin\ext-accelerator\acceleratorservices\resources\acceleratorservices\integration\hot-folder-spring.xml
Hope that helps,
