Hello Experts,
We are currently doing a POC in integrating LiveChat (LiveChat | Live Chat Software and Chat Support Software) to C4C. One use case is to use LiveChat as the default Chat provider and chat interactions would be via the Live Activity Center.
Would just like to ask if you have come across and how did you achieve it. Thanks a lot.
