Hi,

I would like to ask on where we can find documentation on how to implement this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KksgD3KdqN0

I tried to do Simulation using below: "localhost:36729/?Type=CHAT&CID=BCM1234&ANI=+628009305228&Event=CHAT_CONNECTED&email=example@example.com&ExternalReferenceID=12345678&Transcript=Hi!"

but it does not work as shown in the video.

I also checked, I need Sinch/SAP DI Contact Center 365 for this functionality.
