Listener Job in error - SAP Marketing

Hi ,

We are facing issue in SAP Marketing 1809 on-prem with campaign Execution. When we try to execute campaign, We get the error - last successful listener job ended more than X hours. We have implemented notes: 2665616 and 2823370. I am attaching the SE38 Report: CUAN_MKT_EXEC_LISTENER error along with campaign execution error.
