Dear Experts,
I want to use BOM in C4C service that when I add items in Ticket the only items appear are item linked to this product not all items .
Note : this is to limit error.

Hello Mohamed,
Currently C4C does not have "Sales BOMs" because Bill of Materials is not supported in C4C.
