LINE Messenger Integration with Hybris Marketing

Hi,

I am trying to integrate LINE Messenger with SAP Hybris Marketing 1709 SP01 On-Prem version.

I have created a Line manager account and a Line Developer account.

I have a created Messaging API BOT as well and tested in using POSTMAN with the LINE API's, this works fine.

In the Task List execution -STC01, what will be parameter entries for the LINE Host Name?

What will be the WebHook URL used in the LINE BOT ?

I am facing an issue when trying to create a Digital Account in the Digital Account APP in Hybris Marketing.

Can someone please help me with the step by step instructions on how to integrate LINE Messenger with SAP Hybris Marketing please.

Please help us as we need to create a LINE Messenger Campaign in our Hybris Marketing system.

Hi Shahalam,

For 1709 SP01 version, you need to setup a middleware for LINE outbound communications which acts as a bridge between SAP Hybris Marketing and LINE platform. After you setup your middleware, in the task list -STC01, please configure the middleware host name in parameter. For details please refer to the integration guide:

Regarding the question of WebHook URL used in the LINE BOT, please first create a LINE account withDigital Accountsapp in SAP Hybris Marketing and then open the digital account information page and click on the “Server URL” to get the inbound communication URL. I am trying to setup the Digital Account by adding a LINE Account and this is error i get, please check the screen shot below;

Digital Account Information:

Digital Account Name - Name used in LINE BOT (Channel)

Digital Account ID - User ID

Channel Access Token - Token from the LINE BOT (Messaging API)

Channel Secret - Secret from the LINE BOT (Messaging API)

Channel ID - IN from the LINE BOT (Messaging API)
