Limitations in C4C embedded satisfaction survey

Dear all,

Are you aware of any kind of limitation in the C4C embedded satisfaction survey?

For example, is there any limitation on the number of survey we can issue? In other words, is there any additional cost that could be triggered by using this tool?

Hello Ivan,

There is no limitation in the usage of surveys. However, there is a limitation in the Number of E-Mails that will be triggered from the system.

Other than that there will not be any additional cost involved.

Hi Arun,

Can you be more specific? I know that there is a limitation on outbound emails from a campaign in SAP Cloud for Customer.

If a satisfaction survey is sent after a service ticket is completed, are these also subject to a limited quantity per month of year?

Hi MJ,

No. I just mentioned about number of mass emails that can be sent out of campaign.

There is no limit on the number of surveys that can be used
