Likedin Integration with C4C sales Navigator

Hi friends,

We have a requirement to integrate LinkedIn with the C4C Sales Navigator. Please, help how can I do this?

If any process for this, Kindly let me know.

Dear Nihar,

Please refer to the following Help Center link for detailed information on C4C-LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration.

You would need to check a scoping question in the path below to enable the integration on the C4C side.

Go to Business Configuration -> Implementation Projects
Select your Project -> Edit Project Scope -> Questions
Navigate to Communication and Information Exchange -> Integration with External Applications and Solutions
Integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find the corresponding scoping question.

Hi Nishanth,

You also may need to add the linkedin section to the required object screens (i.e. customer, contact, opp, lead) via screen adaptation

Hello, how did the scoping question returned visible again? I cannot see it in my business configuration.

I tried in my system.

But , we are not getting the term"Integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator".

Then How will see it, on screen please tell me ?

Hi,

In business configuration there is scoping question which integrate c4c with linked in sales navigator.

It is out of the box integration and you cannot customize it.
