License required for SAP jvm for Hybris Commerce Suite?

Since Oracle changes its license model for the Java we are currently looking for (free) alternatives. Are we allowed to use the "SAP JVM" to run Hybris? The license says you can use SAP JVM with every SAP Product. So I assume that we can use it free of any charge? Is that right?

Did you get any final information? Is the SAP JVM a suitable replacement for Orcale JVM for hybris commerce installations after January 1st?

The SAP JVM is based on the Oracle JVM so all applications running on the Oracle JVM also run on the SAP JVM without changes.

All SAP JVM releases are available from the SAP Download Center
