Hi everyone:
We've followed instructions from note 2694815 - License and localization information for SAP Customer Checkout on how to generate and install SAP Customer Checkout Manager licenses.
We've used the described hardware key for the license generation via SAP Store, however we get the following error when importing the license through CCOM.
License key installation has failed.

Does anyone know what could be generating this error?
PS: we are a non-localized implementation.

After raising a support ticket to SAP, the resolution was to reinstall everything from zero following instructions bellow:
During the session, we checked that in your CCO manager it is showing two different hardware keys. Refer to the attached file "CCOm Hardware Key.png"

Perhaps you made a wrong selection during the license key request. Wrong product or database system for example. Can you double-check? Also please share the version of CCO manager.
