Licence not recognised by Support Export Call

I have installed SAP Hybris Commerce 6.7.0.2 using the installer receipe on my local machine. It is working as expected. I have installed a temporary licence using the licence command line tool (i used the following command: license.bat -temp CPS_HANA). I would like to schedule a call with your technical support (Schedule a Support Expert Call) however when i try to make the booking online i'm receiving the following response "We cannot find a valid system for your authorized installation. Please contact your administrator". Can you please let me know what i'm doing incorrectly?

I would guess that you need to enter a license that is a valid customer installation. I would guess that you can not call support with a test license.
