less file creations issues during upgrade from 6.0 to 6.7

Hi ALL,

I am trying to upgrade from 6.0 to 6.7 and we have instilled commerceorgaddon. During "ant clean all" I am getting following error.

anyone faced this issue before and what would be solutions to resolve this.
