Leads: Add involved party automatically based on ZIP code

Dear SAP Community,

I'm looking for a solution for following issue. In our business we do not sell to to the end customer directly but to a dealer.

However, we generate leads for our end customers throug various channels. To these leads we want to automatically add the corresponding dealer (a customer object) as involved party which we could do based on ZIP code of the end customer.

Is there any option to add involved parties in form of a customer object to a lead? With territory management, we can only add employees.
