Lead Transfer Campaign

Hello together,

when running a lead transfer campaign what happens in the background in reference to integration to SAP Sales Cloud.

Is following correct?:

1. Running Lead Transfer Campaign

2. Interactions are created in Marketing Cloud

3. Leads are created in Sales Cloud

4. When Leads are changed the same interactions are updated OR new interactions are created?

Hi oliver76 ,

the first three points are correct. When the lead is created in Sales Cloud, the Sales Cloud sends a confirmation message back to Marketing Cloud and the interaction is created there.

Concerning point 4.: the lead-interactions are updated.
