Hi Team,
We have one scenario where customer synchronized some emails from outlook to C4C and the emails are visible under accounts which is correct but the emails are also coming under leads.
We have checked the lead and can see that same email address is maintained in contact information of lead. Is it due to this reason or some other reason.
Can anyone please help.
