Hello,
my client has run a lead campaign in the Marketing Cloud. The leads, corresponding interactions and campaign paticipation is all shown in the Marketing Cloud in the contacts' profiles.
However, in the Sales Cloud there are no leads, but only the campaign participation.
I have not identified any mistakes in the campaign design and segmentation model.
However, the target group was built using random selection and the target group is also dynamic (not static which I recommend when using random selection). In the campaign protocol it said something about the retention period of a target group. However, in the end the target group builing was successfull and according to the MC the leads were generated.
Does anyone know why the leads themselves were not transfered to the Sales Cloud but only the info about customers bing part of the campaign.
Thanks for your help!

Hi Valeska,
are the leads successfully sent to CPI? If so, did you also check the Web Service Message Monitoring in C4C if there are any errors?
If they are not sent out from MC, the first point to check would be the Message Dashboard (CUAN namespace > LEADS_OUT) if there's an error.
The campaign interactions are not replicated to C4C but are requested at runtime if you click on the marketing interactions tab on the contact in C4C.
So, maybe the lead replication iFlow is throwing an error?
