Lead Object Table - Searching by Email Address

Dear experts,

Is it possible to enhance the search parameters to include email addresses? I have exposed the email address as a visible column with the leads table (image included), however the search fails to return any rows. All other columns appear to be searchable. Just for clarity, we're using SAP Sales Cloud (not the new version 2).

Hi Bradley,

Yes it is possible to search leads by email address. Just as you have added the email address field to the Lead result list, in the same way you should add the email address to the lead search filters. Then search by email address should give you the results.

Here is a screenshot from my system. It works as expected.

P.S: After adding the fields if you are not seeing the data, clear your browser cache and cookies and then relogin to C4C.
