Lead not replicating to Sales Cloud

Dear Folks

We have scenario where we hosted a Form on the Web Channel application.

Whenever the user fills the Form, we generate the interaction and we have a trigger campaign running .

This campaign has only one action which is 'Create Lead' action as shown in the picture:

We are seeing that whenever the User fills the Form, interaction get posted, campaign runs and creates the Lead as seen in the picture :

However the issue is that the lead is not replicated SAP C4C.

I could not even see the message in SAP CPI.

Overall we have done the following for the integration :

* Comm Agmt : SAP_COM_0017 - active (Outbound Active : Export of Leads and Export of Activities) but not Campaign

* iflow deployed : Replicate Lead with Business Partner Address Information from SAP Marketing

Please let me know If there is anything else I need to take care in order for the lead to pass to C4C.

Hi,
Have you checked the Message Dashboard app? (If not then you first need to do some setup in the Assign Recipients to Users app)

I have seen cases where the outgoing message from Marketing Cloud is in error due to invalid certificate/trust list setup.

Hi papak80,

maybe in the Communication Arrangement SAP_COM_0017 you can check the Path in the Outbound Services for the Lead Export.

If there's a mistake the data cannot be sent to the correct endpoint on your CPI.

I did check.. it is the correct service path .

Actually I have no idea where the issue is coming from. If everything is configured correctly in SAP Marketing Cloud you should be able to see any message on CPI side..
