Hii experts,
User is not able to delete a lead from the UI.
The customer has authorized to delete the lead from the backend. However, as they want to know the root cause of it, I haven't deleted it.
I tried to delete from Ul using SAP SUPP user and the lead was not deleted as well.
As there's no mandatory fields in the lead header not been maintained, the customer has followed up in the SAP note 3193167 & 2646592, but it appears Report An incident" like in the attached document from background job results.
Can you please help us how slove this issue

Would you please kindly try again to delete the Lead again with PDI switched off? If the Lead is deleted successfully once PDI is switched off, please kindly check into your PDI code implementation and correct it. Or you may create an incident for it. Component AP-RC-BDS-LM.
