Lead Creation -> Error message "Enter all mandatory fields"

Hello together,

when creating a lead we receive the error message "Enter all mandatory fields". The problem is I dont understand which field as all mandatory fields are filled out already.

How we can find out what other mandatory fields the system is looking for?

Dear Oliver,

The Sales Leads view will be made Obsolete in one of the upcoming releases in Cloud for Customer. Because of this, it is advised not to use this view to create Leads in the system. Hence, the error message is triggered

Resolution

The Leads view should be used for creating Leads in the system.
