Lead Categories / LeadGroupCodes in C4C

Hello Experts,

I am currently working on an iFlow update for the Replicate Lead with Business Partner Adress Information from SAP Marketing interface.

We want to make use of new fields (added with 2105 release) Lead Category, Priority, Qualification Level.

However we face the problem that the lead can't be processed in C4C due to missing codelist mapping.

Unfortunately there is no codelist mapping proposal for LeadGroupCode of Hybris Marketing mapping group. I'll attach a screenshot of the available codelists for Leads of the Hybris Marketing mapping group.

Does anyone know how to implement a codelist mapping for the Lead Categories / LeadGroupCode in SAP C4C?

Hi,

In snapshot "2021-09-30-13-59-43-code-list-mapping-sap-cloud-fo.jpg", you are using table column filter which only filters on the first few entries ( 500 entries in this case). Instead pls try to filter based on table advance filter and there you should be able to find the LeadGroupCode, see the snapshot.

thank you for your answer. Maybe my explanation was misunderstanding. I already found the LeadGroupCode but only for the Mapping Group 'SAP-On-Premise'. The issue I have that it is not available for the mapping Group 'Hybris Marketing'. Can we use the 'SAP-On-Premise' mapping group for the Marketing Cloud Integration with Cloud for Customer?

Hi,

2 things:

• To my knowledge, there is no standard mapping group called "Hybris Marketing". So it is a custom configured mapping group code. So this could be the reason why you don't see LeadGroupCode and you might need to add it by clicking "Add Row" button in "Code List Mapping Definition" pane.
• You are free to use any mapping group for integration to & from C4C provided you have configured the same mapping group in communication arrangement. See attachment.

Hi Saurabh,

thank you for you answer and explanations. I was in the wrong thinking that the Hybris Marketing mapping group is a standard codelist mapping in the Cloud for Customer system.

I configured the codelist mapping for the LeadGroupCode in the mapping group 'SAP-On-Premise-Integration' and the Marketing Cloud Lead Categories are now mapped correctly.
