Dear SUpport,
I installed the latest version of COC PL06 About Ticket Layout (Template) questions:
1) In the new PL06 version, we manage the loyalty points. The amount of the points is not printed in the SalesReceiptPrintTemplateJPOS.ftl standard ticket template (ticket)?

Hi Daniele,
to print loyalty points you have to:
1. Enable loyalty management
2. Add a customer with a loyalty account to the receipt

=> YES
Have you updated from a previous version?
=> Yes, this can be te issue?. How can i faund the original ?
Are the collected points visible in the SAP Customer Checkout manager?
=> yes

I have Enable loyalty management and Add a customer with a loyalty account to the receipt.
The raison of my question in the community, is thath i dons't faund the loyalty point in my print receipt.
What i do wrang ?
