Large Blank Space Between Products Printing Issue Checkout

Hi Dear SAP experts,

I would like to know if someone knows about this random printing error in customer checkout table mode, unfortunately i have not been able to identify exactly what or when this error can be reproduced. Sometimes when a order is created sending several products as you can see in the attached picture(1)and more, the printing result has a large space between products as you can see in picture (2). In the Client`s environment, there are two printers, for kitchen and Bar products, the problem happens in both printers, so the problem can not be physical. Also, we checked SAP templates an our templates and the problem persists in both kind of templates.

Model printers: HP thermal printer 80mm, windows driver, both connected via Ethernet.2.jpg1.png

I appreciate any suggestion about what should i check to repair this issue.

Hi Jhon,

this looks like something you should send to SAP Support via the official support channels, they will be able to help you.

Please post the solution here, I am quite curios what the issue here is, I have never seen this before.
