Language problem about integration between Abbyy - C4C

Dear Experts,

We are using ABBYY business card scanner in order to scan business cards and fill the fields of lead according to the information on the card. As far as I understand relevant API is reading card information in English language by default and this negatively affects cards in different languages. On the other hand there are only 2 parameters as "User Name" and "Password" in C4C to provide relevant API which means no possibility to use language parameter(pretty standard of C4C).

Which method can be followed to read card info properly and set values into correct fields for different languages? Should we accept that its only works for English cards?
