Hello Team,
We have a requirement to send notifications to marketing user, whenever any data is submitted over our hybris landing page.
Can this be done via hybris landing landing page settings/configurations?
Or
We need to have a live target group setup based on landing page submissions and then send recurring email campaign to achieve this requirement?
Appreciate your support and help.
Regards,
Suraj

Hi Suraj,
Thank you for clarifying, this feature (or workflow) is not available in standard.
You may use a TG and maybe use the FIle Export option which then can be shared to Sales team.
Please Submit Improvement /Idea Request so that your idea could be evaluated by product management.
I hope this is helpful. Thank you.

Hi suraj-jadhav,
if your Landing Page is hosted externally, I could imagine that you could use the External Landing Page Integration. It is not possible to send the user a notification, but maybe you could adapt the iFlow to send at least an email to a specific email-address.
In addition to that, you could use the SAP AIF to get notifications in SAP Marketing Cloud if an error occurs while sending leads to SAP Sales Cloud. Maybe you could also use that for "Success" messages. But then you would always get a notification when a lead gets created, not only if the landing page submit was the initial trigger.
The feature like you need it is not available in standard, as Kunal already pointed out.

Thanks Tobias for your detailed response and support on this query. Let me explore these options and see what best we cna do for our client.
Your quick response is much apprecaited.
Dear Suraj,
That's not possible via LP, instead, you need to use a Live TG for email/sms notification via a campaign.
I hope this is helpful. Thank you.

Hello Kunal,
Thanks for your feedback.
Sorry my question was bit at high level.
Let me give you scenario here.
If we have a lead generation landing page, where customer are visiting and submitting their info e.g. name, email id.
Once customer submits the landing page, there should be automated notification to marketing user to let them know there is a new lead data submitted.
Hope this gives relevant details now.
In this scenario can we have some standard SAP feature e.g. workflow set up? or we need to go with live target group option only?
Let me know if any more details needed.
Hi steve_brusatto,
as Kunal already pointed out this is not covered by standard. But I think if you use the External Landing Page Integration and first send the data to CPI it should be possible to implement that in the iFlow.

Thank you Tobias. Then i'll try to be creative 🙂
What i am going to try out, as i am using the landing page editor of SMC itself:
- custom field text block in my form/LP
- link it to a new dedicated interaction type and activate it for lead/activity replication to C4C
- update the iflow in CPI to send the information to and map it in custom fields in C4C
- create a WF rule of type e-mail that will be triggered based on my interaction type (and custom fields) from SMC

Steve
Hi guys,
i have a similar query:
Contact form in a landing page with an open text box. The contact fills out his question or comment and submits. Generating a lead or activity to C4C as a follow-up of the trigger is standard. That's fine. But how do you sent out an e-mail to a fix receiver?
Currently the follow-up email linked to the interaction type will send the e-mail to the contact (the person who submitted the form on the landing page). We need to send it by default and always to the e-mail address of the customer service.
I am probably missing a simple element here.
Can you indicate how to achieve this? Generate an activity to C4C anyhow and use workflow rules in C4C to send the email to the customer service (taking over the information from the generated activity in C4C)?
Thanks a million,
Kr,
Steve

Hi Suraj,
with "marketing user" do you mean the contact that submitted the data? Or do you mean an internal SAP Marketing User (so after every submit the same one gets the information)?

Hi kunalkumar.bansal,
well then it should easily be possible to use an interaction in the form and a triggerbased campaign that reacts on that interaction type.
