kit with articles in CCO with BYDESIGN

Hello

We have a question

In SAP BYDESIGN we created a kit with 3 articles in it.
We add the kit in a pricelist that is synchronized with a CCO system.
We found the kit in CCO. We managed to sell it. A receipt has been created and went to BYDESIGN.
The receipt is in error status because SAP BYDESIGN does not find some values in the kit settings (settings that are not available for kit , just for articles).

So we understand that kits are not working in CCO while connected with a BYD system.
Can you confirm ?
In the case where kits work with both solution, Would the stock of the 3 articles in the kit be well impacted at the sale ?

Dear Guillaume,

Sales Kit are currently not supported in a Point Of Sales Transaction.

When you create a Point Of Sales Transaction (Inventory Material) via PointOfSaleTransactionProcessingPointOfSaleTransactionIn, it's necessary to pass Site ID and Logisticas Area ID.

So, for a Sales Kit this would not be possible, because the sub items could have different LogisticsAreaID.

As a possible solution for this scenario, you can add each sub item of Sales Kit separately to the POS (Point-Of-Sales) transaction.
