Hi all,
we use Jam Knowledge Base as knowledge base in C4C service cloud.
We want to restrict the solution search to specific groups. This settings is done in: Administrator - Service and Social Media - Knowledge Base Jam. It works if the Jam Group name do not have any special character as ä,ö,ü. But if I have a group name with special character like ö, I got an error saying "Jam Group not exisiting or no access".
How can I add groups in there with special character? Or is it simply not possible?
