JAM Group Creation from Hybris Marketing Campaign

Hi Experts,

kunalkumar.bansal

I have created the campaign in hybris marketing on premise.I went to collaboration tab and added team members there.Went to SAP JAM group and created a group in the hybris marketing.After navigating to SAP JAM i could see only myself there not the team those i have added in the campaign.

Is this the standard behavior ? Do i have to manually again add the members after logging into JAM ?

You will only have information on SAP Jam group but not the members added in the campaign.

Dear Rashmi,

The SAP Jam facet allows you to integrate the campaign with the social network SAP Jam. SAP Jam allows you to support online communication such as discussions with other sales people about your campaign.

You have the following options:

• Create a new SAP Jam group which is automatically assigned to the current campaign. You can enter any group name. As a proposal, the system provides you with the name and the ID of the campaign.
• Assign an existing group to the current campaign. You are provided with a list of all groups that you own. In addition, you can search for any required group.
• Remove an existing assignment to a group or remove the assignment and delete the group in one step.

If a group is assigned, the feed of this group is displayed as a widget in the SAP Jam facet. You can use basic SAP Jam functions such as sending a post or sharing a link from within the widget. To use the full range of SAP Jam functions such as the invitation of interested sales people, you can navigate to the group outside SAP hybris Marketing using the provided link.

The following campaign actions or changes are automatically posted to the assigned SAP Jam group:

• Status changes
• Actions such as the creation of an export file for the campaign
• Changes to the assignment of SAP Jam groups

Hi All,

I have added the team here in campaign and the created the JAM group, I could see that non of my team members are actually flowing to JAM.Is this a standard behavior?
