Getting below error message in SOlman_setup tcode while clicking on IT Service management tcode

Hi Sriram, Thank you for your response. I have reviewed the note you suggested, and I can confirm that there is no issue with the SID. However, there appears to be a mismatch in the LMDB technical details—specifically with the technical instance name, hostname, and ports. We recently migrated the Solution Manager system, but the LMDB still reflects the old system details. Could you please advise on how to update or correct this information?

Hi, could you please re-send the migrated new solman to the SLD or LMDB from t-code RZ70? If you noticed the duplicated solman systems in the LMDB, please follow Note 1727294 & 1694004 to merge the old and new solman systems. It should be helpful to resolve the issue.
