ItemSyncTimeStamp having pendingattributequalifiers and Product not syncing

Hi Experts,

Our sync job is finishing and leaving the ItemSyncTimeStamp row with baseProduct in the pendingattributequalifiers column and not syncing other modified attributes.

Can you guide me how can this be fixed?

Any pointers for the solution will be appreciated.
