I am not able to see the ITEMS tab for search in POS workbench. Could anyone please help me how can I get this populated in MON0 in SAP CAR

Hi,
Can you please share the screenshot of your POS WB.
Alternately you can check few things as given below
1.See if your user id has enough authorization and relevant profiles are assigned
2.Take SU53 snapshot and send it to your SAP Basis team member to have a look.
