Items file with 600 000 items in SAP BO (OITM)

Hello
I have an item file with 600,000 items in SAP BO (OITM).
Of these 600,000 items, only 65,000 are useful, the others are no longer used.
How to import only 65,000 items because it is extremely long to import 600,000 and CCO response times are too long

Hello Pierre,

1. use one sales pricelist for pos

2. edit only those prices that are to be sold at the pos system

3. add new price list in the cco configuration

3. allow checkbox "Remove unpriced Items from Price List in Database" --> General Settings

4. start synchronisation

When you want to delete your article first. Then you have to set all items to inactive in the pos system (tab information). Then press the button "Delete" and the synchronized articles are deleted locally. general-settings.png

Hello,

I did a test locally on my PC
New price list
2 items with price
Synchronization with CCO OK
Install: SQL + BO version 9.3 PL 8 - CCO 2.0 FP07 PL3

I do the same test with the installation of my customer
New price list
4 items with price
Synchronization with CCO NOT OK
All items are recovered in the CCO so I should only have 4
Install: HANA + BO version 9.2 PL9 - CCO 2.0 FP07 PL2
